I have been studying and practising Complementary Therapies since 2006 when I completed my initial studies in Holistic Massage Therapy and then continued my journey over the years and gained qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Natural Facials with combined face massage, Ear Candling, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Chinese cupping technique, Reiki Master Level 1 , 2 and Level 3 Masters.

I also spent four months in India in 2012 where I studied the science and practice of Ayurveda gaining qualifications in Abhyanga massage, Shirodhara, Nasya sinus treatment and ayurvedic beauty therapy and facials.

I am passionate about my chosen field of work, I see my work as a gift as opposed to a job. The rewards are untold and it brings great joy to me to see the positive changes in the lives and health of the wonderful people I treat.

Over the years I have discovered that clients have sought Holistic or Complementary Health alternatives when western medicine has not produced the desired results. I treat clients who wish to combine western medicine with Holistic health therapies for optimum results. I also treat clients who use complementary health alternatives in their everyday life, as a way to support and maintain wellbeing.

In my practice, I combine various manual therapies to develop an individualised program for my clients, whether it’s through holistic, energetic or deep tissue massage, reflexology, cupping, magnetic therapy, reiki healing, nasya sinus treatment, hopi ear candling or lymphatic drainage massage. I work closely with my clients to identify the combination of treatments that will result in the most benefit. I have found that understanding the details of my client’s distress is the most effective way of identifying a pathway to recovery.
